Last updated: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Consent
This section governs Our SMS and text messaging program and is intended to comply with applicable carrier and CTIA messaging requirements. By opting in to receive text messages from ATENDI LLC (for example, by texting a keyword such as “referral” to a number We provide, or by submitting Your mobile number through one of Our forms), You agree to the terms in this section.
Program Description
ATENDI LLC operates a conversational SMS program that allows prospective and current business contacts to request information about our referral development services and to receive a link to access an informational dashboard and to schedule a conversation with a member of our team. When You text our keyword to the number provided, You will receive an automated reply requesting your name, business name, and location, followed by a message containing your dashboard link and a scheduling link.
Consent and Opt-In
You provide express consent to receive SMS messages from Us when You initiate contact by texting our designated keyword to the number We provide, or when You voluntarily submit Your mobile telephone number to Us through our website or other forms and affirmatively agree to receive text messages. Consent to receive marketing or informational text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Us. You should expect to receive up to 2 messages per month under this program, though the actual number may be lower depending on Your engagement.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. ATENDI LLC does not charge for the messages themselves, but Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received. Please contact Your wireless provider for details about Your messaging and data plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any text message You receive from Us to unsubscribe. After You send the message STOP to Us, We will send You a reply message to confirm that You have been unsubscribed. After this, You will no longer receive SMS messages from Us unless You re-initiate contact or opt in again.
Help
For help or more information about the SMS program at any time, reply HELP to any message You receive from Us, or contact Us at hello@atendicare.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All categories described in the “Sharing of Your Personal Data” section of this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties under any circumstances. Information collected as part of the SMS program will be used solely to operate the messaging program and provide the services You requested.
