Now HiringBook the meeting, host the meeting, and turn it into a referral partnership for a home care agency.
You'll represent a home care agency from the first phone call to the follow-up after the meeting. You call hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, and community organizations, book a short Zoom meeting with the right decision-maker, then host that meeting yourself. Because you own both halves, the people you speak with meet the same person every time, and you see your work through. Your hourly pay covers the calling, and every meeting that actually happens earns you a bonus on top.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to pre-researched facilities using proven scripts
- Book 15-minute Zoom meetings with discharge planners, case managers, and care coordinators
- Host those meetings, learn what the facility needs, and position the agency as a reliable partner
- Follow up on every contact, including no-shows and people who need a second touch
- Log every call, meeting, and outcome in our dashboard the same day
- Move committed contacts toward their first referral
Who You Are
- Clear, warm, professional spoken English, comfortable on the phone and on Zoom
- Comfortable with cold calling and unbothered by rejection
- Prior appointment setting, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Healthcare, home care, or hospice background is a strong plus, not required
- Reliable and self-directed: you show up on time, prepare, and keep your records clean
- Motivated by earning more for results
How the Pay Works
- $15 per hour for roughly 10 hours of work each week
- $30 per meeting held, paid on top of your hourly rate, whenever a meeting you booked actually takes place
- Training is included, and you'll be set up with the tools and agency materials you need
